Kendriya Vidyalaya I.N.S.Kalinga was established in 1989 in the campus of I.N.S.Kalinga mainly to cater to the educational needs of the children of the service personnel of the Naval establishment.The scintillating white shore of the Bay of Bengal where the waves gleefully play on the beaches, borders the historic town of Bheemunipatnam. The well known casurina trees in its sandy beeches, the rugged green hillocks and the majestic highway makes the little town, a marvel to behold; and there in the lap of nature lies the Kendriya Vidyalaya , INS Kalinga.
